That’s when I started turning to astrology and Human Design. These tools didn’t offer some magical, one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, they invited me to finally be myself, without apology.
Astrology helped me see my life through the lens of cycles and seasons, giving me the freedom to embrace who I am right now, and Human Design showed me that I could live in a way that honors my energy—no more trying to force myself into boxes that didn’t fit.
I don’t have all the answers (who does?), but astrology and Human Design gave me the space to release the weight of needing to have it all figured out. They helped me create a life where I could honor my growth and my breakdowns.
